Build Embodied Carbon Expertise: Get Funding for Your Next course

Embodied Carbon Training

Looking to build new skills or advance your career? We offer funding to help cover the cost of training and courses that support your growth. 

Funding is offered on a first-come, first-served basis until October 30, 2026, or while funding remains available. 

This opportunity is for New Brunswick residents who work or study in building design, manufacturing, or construction. This includes work on apartment buildings, commercial buildings, factories, and schools. 

Important Dates  

Please submit at least three weeks before the course registration closes. The deadline to submit requests is October 30, 2026. All courses must be completed by December 20, 2026.

Apply for Funding

If you are interested in a course, fill out the application form. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Get Approved

If approved, we'll contact you with funding confirmation and registration details.  Applicants will not be reimbursed for existing registrations. Funding covers course registration fees only. Travel or other costs are excluded. If approved, applicants are expected to attend the full training.

Follow the instructions provided. Depending on the course, NB Power may register you directly with the training provider, using the information provided in your application.
